Best new car buying experience to ever!!! I have purchased 9 new vehicles since 1999 all from different dealers. I tend to shop the best deal within a 500 mile radius of my home in Roscoe IL. I have purchased 9 new vehicles since 1999 all from different dealers. I tend to shop the best deal within a 500 mile radius of my home in Roscoe IL. I normally use autotrader when searching for vehicles and had been trying to make several deals for a 2017 Escalade over the last few months. After several unsuccessful attempts i decided to try a search on car gurus to see if i would find additional options. I am glad i did because that is where i came across this escalade at North Olmsted JCDR. I immediatley called the dealer and asked for sales where i was promptly transferred to Matt. It didnt take long working with Matt to know i was going to be making a deal for this car. I had several questions which he answered promptly. When he needed to get additional requested information he was prompt and courteous. Our discussions were on point and when talking $$$$$ there was no BS. Matt and I made a deal in just a couple short phone conversations. It ended up being 7 hour drive each way but i am so glad i did it. I told Matt (and Walter who assisted with the financing) that this was the best experience i have had with any dealer. No BS, I truly mean it. The process was so much different. Just had to stop in to sign the paper work. No hassle, no pressure for services i didnt want or need. I got a fair trade value which helped when making my final decision. I will be reaching out to Matt when I buy my next vehicle that is for sure. I only hope he can meet me half way next time. I Know he would do his best to make it happen. Oh yeh I almost forgot about Rick. Rick took care of the “trade in” portion of my deal. While inspecting my vehicle he noticed I was wearing a Chicago Bears cap and proceeded to tell me some of his favorite Bears stories. He is such a huge Bears fan I could have spent the rest of the day just talking football. Keep rooting for them Bears Rick. I am back home now and getting things situated in the escalade. New car lease We were looking for a good lease deal where we live in Pennsylvania and were unable to find anything that we liked even close to our price range. We were in the Cleveland area for work and decided to look up dealers in the area. That led us to North Olmsted Chryler Jeep Dodge Ram. We originally chose this dealership based on the selection we saw online and the availability of lease options. When we walked in we were met by Matt and we just clicked with him like an old friend. He helped us find a GREAT car for an excellent deal and the rest of the team was just as friendly and helpful. We liked our interaction with this dealership so much that we plan on driving the 6 hours back when our 2nd car lease is up. We definitely recommend this dealership and Matt Durica to anyone looking for a new car. More
