Customer Service I drive over an hour to this dealership and was stuck in traffic at a halt. I did not arrive until 5:15 pm which they take their last customer at 5 pm I drive over an hour to this dealership and was stuck in traffic at a halt. I did not arrive until 5:15 pm which they take their last customer at 5 pm. I was fearful they would not take me in, but shocked when the rep said he would get me right in.
