The accounting guy wrote up the amount wrong and then came to tell us we were $1 short and stood there till he was handed a dollar. They surely hired a good salesman in young Matt Delgado! He was very personable and highly attentive to our needs. More importantly, he was able to keep our new car purchase close to budget. purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GS Coupe on November 20th. The sale went great, no issues with that as Tyson and Shane were awesome to work with. My issue is the lack of integrity by selling a vehicle with major issues. I recently replaced the front rotors and pads and noticed both ball joint boots are torn. I also noticed a smell of coolant in the cabin of the car indicating a heater core issue. After about a half hour yesterday morning I found the coolant leak. It is right at the motor inlet where the outlet heater hose is clamped. Another issue, the engine has a lower end tick/knock which indicates piston slap as this engine has a known defect and Hyundai has settled a class action lawsuit over it. Obviously had I known this would be how Larry H Miller Toyota sells used cars I would have never purchased this vehicle. 1/18/2022 I have replaced both lower control arms and heater hoses on my own dime. 2/11/2022 I have confirmed the engine cylinders were scored from piston slap with a bore scope. 2/15/2022 I was fortunate enough to trade the Elantra for a 2019 Toyota Corolla at AutoNation Toyota for what I currently owed. Still lost nearly $5500 between dealership mark up, taxes/registration, and parts. More

My family had a great experience at the Toyota dealership. Our sales associate Matt was informative and helpful, and understood the line between pushy and being a good salesman.
