If you are going to DePaula Mazda, you won't regret it and definitely ask for Matt and Jamil! Everything went so smoothly! Matt was the best and worked with us to get us the best deal for what we wanted r and definitely ask for Matt and Jamil! Everything went so smoothly! Matt was the best and worked with us to get us the best deal for what we wanted right away. He made good suggestions and was super-fast with sending us all of the information and guiding us. When we picked up the car, he taught us so much valuable information about the car and helped us set up Bluetooth, car play, the Mazda app, etc. We got a new CX-70 and we love it. When it's time for another new car, we will definitely come see Matt again, always! Jamil was the finance manager we worked with the finalize all of the paperwork and he was equally as amazing. The computer system was giving him some troubles, but that didn't stop him from going above and beyond to get us the best deal! He was so pleasant and provided us with the best customer service. We walked out as happy as can be, these two are the dream team! More

The first service went well. I am not sure as to why they removed all four tires for an inspection for a short oil change, as it was not communicated to me what was being done ou I am not sure as to why they removed all four tires for an inspection for a short oil change, as it was not communicated to me what was being done outside of that, but otherwise I am happy with my service. I was waiting a little longer than anticipated and was behind others due to phone calls when my vehicle sat in the release bay, but life happens. They were very understanding about the service being a little too early as I didn’t put that many miles on it the first year and had to reschedule several times. the camera inspection was thorough and fun to watch. All in all I am happy! More
