Laquita, I apologize that you experienced a common mechanical failure with your Impala. I did drive this particular vehicle several times after our in house inspection and service and there was never any issue in relation to this problem. We did offer a vehicle service contract that helps in situations like this but it was declined. We are willing to help get this problem resolved in our service department at a reduced rate of labor. Please let me know if that will help. It was advertised as is with no dealer warranty.

I don’t believe that you all are being truthful. We were informed by a mechanic that the vehicle had an excess amount of freon. This suggests that the air was not cooling. I feel certain that the inspection revealed that something was not right with the air- at a minimum. I further believe Royal knew the full extent of the issue, but because you were selling the car as is, you had no intention on making repairs. I understand how warranties work, and I am also aware that the car was sold as is. I did not, however, expect it to have a bad compressor within days of purchasing a 2019 vehicle. If you are genuine in your offer to provide repairs at a discount, please contact me to discuss details. My son was told by the salesman Matt that you all couldn’t service the vehicle because it was a 2019 model, which makes no sense. I have yet to receive a response to my emails to the sales manager, which says a lot as well. I may be reached at that e mail address or at the phone number on file.
