He was very patient with us even after we told him we probably weren't buying today and honestly had no intention of buying today. He took us on 3 test drives with 3 different vehicles to compare and wound up finding the truck we loved with his help! When it was time to go to the finance office there was no funny business. What we were told would be the price was the price. We weren't bullied into anything extra and had an enjoyable visit with Brandon Fisher as he finished our paperwork. I will definitely go back to this dealership and would love to do business with both of these men again! More

The financial person (I believe his name was Bill) was very nice and calmly explained everything to us, and answered all of our questions. Great experience! We will be buying all of our vehicles from Chris Nikel from now on! More

Matt was pretty informative and showed us what we were looking for. As we began to leave my wife said to Matt "I like that one, too bad it's not for sale" pointing to a freshly detailed beauty that had no sales markings or stickers. He told her that they had just got that one in and it hadn't been tagged yet. It was equipped with what we were looking for plus had a few extras and in our price range. We drove it and found a few minor items that they agreed to address. So we gave it a new home. Overall experience was enjoyable and I understand this was Matt's first sale so that was cool. More
