Just in time I had a water pump syart leaking and a bad heater switch in my F350.Jack was able to get them both taken care under my extend warranty. Jack recommend new brakes also and he would have my truck done by a certain date that I needed it and it was. Extremely professional and attention to detail is why I call and recommend Jack Haclman. Bad ball joint never communicated Bought a 2010 Ford Raptor from these guys. I thought one of the tires needed to be balanced because it vibrated while driving. I brought it to them a Bought a 2010 Ford Raptor from these guys. I thought one of the tires needed to be balanced because it vibrated while driving. I brought it to them and they said they couldn't because the tire was too big. They had it in for service twice never once noticed or communicated to me the bad ball joint. When I brought it to Roseville Midway Ford, they quickly noticed the upper passenger all joint was bad. Once I have this replaced and I did it to replace the tires because they were dry rotted, it now goes smoothly down the road. That was a dangerous thing to either not notice or not communicate. Scary. They are very nice, but that's about it. More

Long time awaiting the answers Ford corp hot line thinks everybody's life stop when they go home . Wrong...Service did things they were not suppose to do.
