We had already narrowed down our choice of new cars to the Rogue or Santa Fe. We decided to check out Kelly since we bought our Altima from Kelly. Jose was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We did not f the Rogue or Santa Fe. We decided to check out Kelly since we bought our Altima from Kelly. Jose was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured in any way. We were able to test drive several cars and decided on a 2022 Rogue. Working with Jose made this a very pleasant experience. I felt safe and trusted his experience. Financing was also a win. The only disappointment was not having more options on using my previous service awards earned with Kelly previously with my Altima. The only option was to use towards an expensive warranty program. I would have been happier getting an extra accessory for my new car. More
