Terrible treatment by Bill Pallo Bill Pallo is the most obnoxious and rude salesperson you will ever come across. He had no sense of decency and had a complete lack of professionalism Bill Pallo is the most obnoxious and rude salesperson you will ever come across. He had no sense of decency and had a complete lack of professionalism. I was treated extremely poorly. He was completely resistant to negotiating the price for a new lease. Oh and beware he's fluent in throwing grand car jargons at you which don't help you at all when you are trying to seek out answers to simple questions. I asked him what the APR was and he replied back by saying that's the money factor, in an attempt to show me down. If you are at Kelly Nissan and you get Bill Pallo, turn away if you don't want to ruin your day. More
