After crashing my Gf chelseas 2020 gmc terrain with my 7 yr Daughter in back seat he crashed into a truck in the same lot but gas lighted my Gf into not calling the police making it seem like it was her fault cuz he said he'll fill the gas tank up then now after He crashed it my gf said I Dont want to deal with this I want my $$ back BECUZ we only had it for 2 days brought it back Then they have had it ever since qnd they still take her car payment out what perks now I don't trust these people when we just want Our money$ back but whatever this is going the hard way social media is powerful and tik tok I'm letting everyone know this. shame on u guys shame on u the salesman MUHAMMAD At courtesy dodge ' jeep in mesa AZ but they all in on this xx nobody has taken acting then I call kia a guy named " Rodman tried to take action and report it to his manager ONLY to be told to " stay out of it" ? RAM Recvan was a nightmare to get service. 1st trip... Brought it in to get service on the touchscreen, power steering code and muffle rattle. I SCHEDULED an appointment, dropped it off and di 1st trip... Brought it in to get service on the touchscreen, power steering code and muffle rattle. I SCHEDULED an appointment, dropped it off and didn't hear anything for 3 days. I called and was told it would be looked at Monday. Had to go and shut down and empty fridge and recharge the battery. Called Teusday and was told noone looked at it yet. Given an excuse about the queue. I was angry and told the tech to check the steering code and I'll come get the van. It took 1 minute to diagnose and reset when I got there. I fixed the muffler myself. Took 15 minutes. Screen still wasn't right but works. So I went on my trip. After my trip I called to SCHEDULE an oil change at 7am. I brought it in at 6:50. They said they didn't have an OIL TECH?? And didn't know why it was scheduled at CDJR location. They sent me to JEEP EXPRESS. When I arrived at 715. I was told they don't do oil changes on the Recvans and took my van back over to CDJR. So Here I wait at Jeep. TBC More

I've been to many dealerships and some of the service departments are a mess. Always very busy and long wait times, but let me tell ya, these gentlemen are helpful.
