My salesman was very nice but lacked professionalism. I have not used the maintenance because it has a poor reputation. So I drive out of my way to the other Volvo. I would rate this dealership a 7 and not a 10, for one reasons lack of communication. I felt like I was miss informed about my volvo lease cash back.
