Nathan was absolutely amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable, authentic, and made us feel comfortable with our decision throughout the entire process. There were a couple of times when he helped u knowledgeable, authentic, and made us feel comfortable with our decision throughout the entire process. There were a couple of times when he helped us later in the day when we came in without an appointment and he made a way to help my husband and I both times, while still being attentive to his other customers. We haven't gotten a "new" vehicle in a while, they made it easy!!! David was wonderful to work with, he made the process fun. Billy was great. Very knowledgeable on XC60s. We had an appt and he was available as planned. I was not 'planning' on buying that day but Billy worked with me on my A-plan discount and with negotiating wi appt and he was available as planned. I was not 'planning' on buying that day but Billy worked with me on my A-plan discount and with negotiating with Mgr. Helped post sale on some Volvo on call setups. Keep up the good work. I can not rate management cause I never 'met' anyone, even post sale which was surprising when you consider I just bought a new somewhat expensive Volvo. I suggest coming out from behind the glass wall and shake your new Volvo owner's hand next time. More
