I almost gave up on Hyundai‘s due to the Topeka service. It’s just not very good and I was losing confidence in the car. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and r dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and right after I paid was told it would actually have to be done there, the dealership was 2.5 hours from home. I reached out about my vehicle to get this work done and was promised a call back the same day with more information. That call never came. I followed up multiple times over the next nine months for things agreed to when I purchased the car, and each time I was told someone would get back to me shortly—still nothing. They were waiting on a part, so and so wasn't in the office, etc. there was always an excuse. It felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic answers. When I finally did speak with someone, they didn’t have any of the details I had previously asked for and seemed completely unprepared. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. After nine months, numerous phone calls and a new general manager (who was wonderful and the only one who seemed interested in handling this), I was finally able to get my car taken care of... only to have it delivered back to me at the wrong address in a different city. Right on par for how this entire experience went. Glad to finally be done with them. More

I actually worked with Omar, not Christian. Omar understood Robin and my desires on warranty and financing prior to our arrival and got us in and out within 20 minutes. Service department is always a pleasure to work with. Only wish I have is that this location had a body shop. Finance team is too aggressive and doesn't take no for an answer. I also wasn't told my hybrid isn't able to be a hybrid until Ford fixes their issue.
