Brought in the Jeep GCOverland for a diagnostic error message we were receiving after having the vehicle several day still the error message could not be found. A pcm? Sensor was replaced for $666 dolla message we were receiving after having the vehicle several day still the error message could not be found. A pcm? Sensor was replaced for $666 dollars and it did not fix the problem. I finally took the Jeep home and my son who is a mechanic traced the problem down to a loose positive fuse panel wire, the main one, and the plug from the altenator was not seated properly to hold it in place causing the issue. I feel I was charged for something that was not even the issue. Since we tightened the fuse box positive wire properly and relocked the altenator plug everything works great. More

The people who greeted me at the service department were very professional and very personable. When they couldn’t find my appointment, they were able to accommodate me in a very welcoming way. I felt like very professional and very personable. When they couldn’t find my appointment, they were able to accommodate me in a very welcoming way. I felt like my needs were taken care of for my Dodge ram and I highly recommend using their services. We were very pleased to buy our previous truck there.
