Mathew"Mat in the Hat" Bland has lived in the Yakima Valley most of his life with a short absence to attend the University of Arizona. Mat enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his beautiful wife and four children, a daughter, and three sons. When Mat is not at work, or with his family, he spends his time enjoying one of the region's many Golf courses. He has been with Subaru since 2004 and has dedicated his career to making sure that his customers have an experience "Far above Expectations", Before, During, and Long after the sale. Mat and his wife have owned 11 Subaru's and counting. He loves how the product has always taken great care of his needs, and the needs of his family. Pet friendly and people friendly 100% I went in on a Sunday not expecting to buy a car (humorous I know.) but I fell in love with my bright orange 2019 Subaru crosstrek, Matthew Bland help I went in on a Sunday not expecting to buy a car (humorous I know.) but I fell in love with my bright orange 2019 Subaru crosstrek, Matthew Bland helped me test drive it and when it came to the next step on actually buying the car, I can say this man has patience! Both my mom and my dad were constantly asking him questions and they kept calling me (sometimes 15-20 minute conversations) and Matthew always waited so respectfully until I was done talking to them about the car, even when my father spoke to him on the phone about the details of my purchase, Matthew Bland answered all of his questions and ultimately gave me the best deal myself and my parents thought possible. The dealership was so pleasant they even let me bring my dog inside and gave him a Subaru car play toy and bandana. Which was so sweet. Pet friendly and people friendly? That’s my kind of dealership.
