I have two younger siblings that are currently living in Georgia. I have been working at Maguire Toyota for over 6 months now but have been working in sales for 3 years. Had a 9:00am appointment. Truck didn’t get in until 1:00pm. Truck was covered in dirty finger prints from the mechanic. Stated I need brakes when I clearly didn’t. Service Advisor was fine. Service Manager Jeremy stated they would contact Toyota Corporate at see about handling ingoing issue with truck SINCE I purchased and never did.
