If I use their service center, they offered to do any future warranty repairs, absorbing any deductible costs, and free oil changes for the duration of my warranty. They had a loaner vehicle available for me to use while my vehicle was getting serviced. They are clearly a family operation, with good intentions. If you ask them nicely for the best possible outcome, they bend over backwards to do the right thing. More

Those Nissan guys were supposed to be 'non-commission' employees, to make the car buying experience low pressure.... well it was far from that. The vehicle we were interested in was in excellent condition, but did have a couple minor issues that warranted discussion. These are tools I always use when car shopping and this was the first way 405 motors made my shopping experience easier. I called Massey to find find my car was available, he answered some questions I had about the vehicle, and he had the car ready for me to test drive before my arrival at the dealership. I found that the vehicle overall was in good to very good condition but pointed out a few small issues that I felt needed attention. Massey agreed to have the vehicle repaired to near perfect condition and covered most of the cost of what I wanted done. I love that 405 motors has their own service department and offered me wholesale pricing for repairs. I was also offered top dollar for my trade which made the buying decision easier. At finance, Zach delivered a very good interest rate and a bumper to bumper warranty at a reasonable cost to take away any fears from buying a used car. He also ordered some factory all weather mats at wholesale price with no mark up - Very nice! Bottom line, 405 Motors offers every service of a new car dealership at a fraction of the cost and everyone I dealt with at 405 motors was very friendly, helpful, honest, and reasonable.
