I am not sure what happened on my last visit to Gilchrist. My power train warranty didn't cover things that it definitely should have and then they couldn't work well enough with my extended warran Gilchrist. Service was great but couldn't find problems with check engine light or front end wobble. My company fleet vehicle was in the shop for 7 days and the service techs couldn't reproduce the check engine light engine light or front end wobble. Mason started off great but after we spoke. I never heard from him again two weeks later I found out he had a baby however, no one from the dealership contacted me and gave me updates or told m I never heard from him again two weeks later I found out he had a baby however, no one from the dealership contacted me and gave me updates or told me the status of my vehicle. Meaning that once he left, his client should have been passed to another coworker, but they weren’t so I had to wait weeks to find out the status of my vehicle and had to spend an excessive amount money on a rental car. Once I received my vehicle, I sent it right back because they were still a check engine light. The same process happened again once I received it they were still a check engine light and upon a third time picking up my vehicle, the vehicle did not start due to lack of fuel. My experience at this dealership was terrible which should have been discovered during the last (3rd diagnosis). Communication was terrible and I would not recommend anyone to get service to their vehicle or purchase a vehicle from the dealership. More

First of all, no one gave me updates from my car. I had to call myself and ask when my car was ready. No one had answers for me and when I finally got an answer, I found out my car was fixed for almo I had to call myself and ask when my car was ready. No one had answers for me and when I finally got an answer, I found out my car was fixed for almost 2 weeks upon picking up my vehicle, I found that the check engine light was still on. I took it back the same day. They still didn’t know what was wrong. Had someone look at it again to come the next day and find the same issue once they did further troubleshooting, they told me what the issue was. I decided not to continue service with them because of their unprofessionalism upon picking up my vehicle for the third time the vehicle would not crank over during the last time troubleshooting They ran the car into the gas was empty so when I picked it up, the car would not turn on one of the technicians had to put some gas in my car for me to leave. I would not recommend anyone who has a Chevy to get any service done at this dealership throughout this process. Everyone was confused about my vehicle and no one knew what was going on and no one offered me any type of Help for inconveniencing me. I have a rental car that I have had for entirely too long because of the poor communication of this dealership. More
