Thank you for your clarification. Certainly we want to be more than competitive in the market. It is difficult to purchase a vehicle unseen and unfortunately we did not have the fortune of seeing yours. That is our fault as we should have made arrangements to drive to Panama City and pick up your vehicle so that we could make an informed decision as to its value. Please know that Mason appreciates the the 2 months he spent getting you information and it is a shame that he will not be your go to man in the future as he prides himself on providing unapparelled customer service. You are correct that the PANAMA CITY market is bigger than the market in Enterprise. The population in that market is actually about 4 times larger than ours. With their size you would think they would sell many more vehicles. They do a great job and are fine people. They did out sell us in January by 4 vehicles. 400% larger 4 more vehicles sold. 71.66% of our sales last month came from outside of the Enterprise area because of the great savings and service we provide. Again we appreciate the opportunity to be your dealer of choice and look forward to the opportunity to serving you in the future.

Over the last 7 weeks, my spouse and I have been researching and familiarizing ourselves with a specific Hyundai model year and trim (to include price range). During this same period, we have been communicating and negotiating with several dealerships in the tri-state region and found Mitchell Hyundai to be the least flexible in its price. As I commented before, this may be due to the others being larger.

Thank you again for your professionalism (as a retired Marine, I notice the small things). My spouse and I recently moved to Pensacola (2 hours from your location), and I was helping her search SUV after driving her Elantra for 10 years (always serviced at Hyundai). I was initially surprised by how difficult it was to find the model and trim in her particular chosen color. I first spoke with Mason after several weeks of online and phone inquiries. He impressed me as professional and sincere so I decided to stay in contact (as opposed to many others from competitors). Mason did warn me that it could take a while before he could get the vehicle but to my pleasant surprise he was able to get it. My wife got her hopes up when she saw the price for her trade on the KBB site that we were instructed to fill out and complete by Mitchell Hyundai. She subsequently decided to not go forward when the actual offer would be substantially less. I still tried to work something out but she was quite difficult(understandably) at this point. The clincher was culminated when Bay Hyundai (who she previously contacted) came back at the eleventh hour with a highly motivated offer (more than the KBB trade price and double what Mitchell Hyundai was willing to offer). I know that auto sales is an ever fluid and highly competitive business and it is each customer's personal responsibility to do their best to secure a deal they can live with. In the end I know Mason did a really good job. As a customer who doesn't buy a new car everyday, I thought a price point in the 36k - low 37k would be a good deal. She drove away with her vehicle for under 34K. Thank you and stay safe.
