While there were SEVERAL issues with my 2024 Rogue Adam, my salesman, Jim, the manager & all others who worked with me were kind, respectful & courteous. However, Nissan did not train them on the new techno my salesman, Jim, the manager & all others who worked with me were kind, respectful & courteous. However, Nissan did not train them on the new technology in my vehicle which proved to be a long recovery process. I am very happy with John Sisson & will continue dealing with them as they are reliable. More

This was the absolute best experience my wife and I have ever had at any dealership . We've purchased many cars over time but have never felt more comfortable and cared for as we did at Sisson Nissan. We ever had at any dealership . We needed a pickup truck for intermittent use to tow our watercraft and I thought it would be silly to buy a new truck so we looked at used vehicles. I had always been concerned about buying a used car thinking that something must be wrong with it for someone to let it go but I couldn't have been more mistaken. Michael found the correct truck for us with 7,000 miles with the remainder of the factory warrantee for a great price. Made sure it was pristine before it left the lot and treated us like royalty along the way! The entire staff was so inviting and helpful from the time we entered the door until we left. The staff showed me how the truck worked and Michael reiterated this after he personally delivered the truck to my home! In short I have no compunction with giving them my highest recommendation. You will be treated fairly, with respect and without worries of being taken advantage of. More

I have been doing business with John Sisson Nissan for over 30 years. Great service department, pleasant sales experiences, and my last auto purcahse went smoothly, except for -- During most of last s over 30 years. Great service department, pleasant sales experiences, and my last auto purcahse went smoothly, except for -- During most of last several visits for service, the music has been too loud. In a couple of cases earlier this year, blasting. During my communciations with the sales rep, I had to ask him twice to turn the music down. And told him after we concluded our deal that had I had to ask a third time, I would have walked away from any deal and never come back to John Sisson Nissan ever again. Please note that I'm a musician who plays out occasionally, with loud music part of the scene. So I have nothing against it. But an automobile dealership is neither a concert venue nor a nightclub. I should not have to ask to have the volume lowered or raise my voice to communicate. Loud music is unprofessional, and to be honest, if I ever encounter it again, I will take my business elsewhere. I have complained about the loud music for 3 or 4 times now. Incidentally, I had no interactions with Robyn Dodworth, so I can't rate her. Thank you for your time. More
