Horrible sales strategy. I brought in an advertising offer for $159 leasing rate per month for a 2024 Ioniq 5. After the test drive we sat down to look at the numbers and the I brought in an advertising offer for $159 leasing rate per month for a 2024 Ioniq 5. After the test drive we sat down to look at the numbers and their first offer was $ 499 leasing rate. When I was asking to explain the difference between the advertised $159 and offered $499 they let me wait another 15 minutes and then came back with a $350 leasing rate. This went on for 2 more times and overall 1 hour of waiting. I finally asked for the sales manager and they finally gave me the real leasing rate. I don’t understand that car dealers are still out there to screw every customer with fantasy prices. If I wouldn’t have declined the initial price, I would have paid almost $8000 more in leasing rate. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE ! More
