Had a very good experience except for the waiting for all the paperwork to be done. I was there from around 1:45 to 9:00. I reached out to them on their chat through their website last week and was contacted by Umer, a phenomenal salesman. He was personable, professional, and best of all he was easy going with absolutely no pre last week and was contacted by Umer, a phenomenal salesman. He was personable, professional, and best of all he was easy going with absolutely no pressure....I mean zero pressure. He was fast to respond on text, email, and very clear and well spoken over the phone. After letting him know what I was interested in, he went and recorded a video of the vehicle I was interested in even though I never asked (he was going above and beyond from the start). When I went in to look at a CX5, he showed me the service department and the garage where they keep all of the inventory. I switched the color I originally requested a quote on, it was no issue and he was able to change the quote easily. After looking at everything, I told him I wanted to hold off and think about it, and he said no problem. He texted me later that day letting me know if I needed any additional info to reach out and he thanked me for the opportunity. I reached out the next day and let him know I wanted to move forward. I really appreciated not getting numerous calls, texts, and emails like I was getting from other dealerships (the other dealerships were relentless and kept pushing/trying to contact me multiple times a day). I went in and got my car reserved and scheduled to pick it up a couple of days later (the dealership is brand new and couldn't release vehicles until the 1st.). When I arrived, we had a little small talk before the test drive (again, extremely friendly, personable, and no pressure). After the test drive, Umer introduced me to the service manager. I was ready to move forward at that point, so Umer sent the car to be fueled and detailed. I met with Mary and Joey in the finance office while that was being taken care of. Again, absolutely zero pressure. Mary and Joey were nice and easy to talk to. We went over each form and they gave me an explanation of what each document was for and told me to take as much time as I needed before signing and to ask any questions I may have. Once everything in the finance office was done, I met with Umer again and we got my phone connected to the car and the Mazda app so I could use the 1 year complimentary Mazda Connect subscription for autostart/unlock/vehicle status. Umer then went over the interior options and controls and made sure I was happy with everything. You hear about some dealers and sales people being deceptive and pushy (which I experienced at other dealerships), but that was not the case here. I would absolutely recommend Beaver Mazda to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. And again, I highly recommend asking for Umer, he made this an extremely easy, no pressure, friendly experience! More

This is my second purchase from Beaver and with Mary Johnson. Love working with Mary. I would recommend her highly to anyone. Where Beaver misses the mark is their trade negotiations. They are so far below KBB trade value it just doesn’t make sense. The recon department is also weak. I purchased a pre owned Lexus this time and the car was not prepped properly when I came to pick it up. Wasted trip. They claim they fully detail the cars upon trade….but their definition of detail and my definition must be completely different. Again, I have had great experiences with Mary which is why I come back, but not necessarily with the dealership as a whole. More
