I was sold a lemon and am out $35,000. When I went in to have them buy back my vehicle the ‘bosses’ giggled like teenage girls at a Tay Tay concert for 30 minutes while I sat. The could have easily put me into a REAL WORKING vehicle but instead of waiting for them to lie like they did in selling me this supposedly CPO vehicle I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, I hope they close this Jones West drug den. Go to Carson City, they won’t F$&k You! More

I waited for 30 minutes while they circle jerked each other and the never did anything to get me into a REAL WORKING VEHICLE! I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, hopefully they will put this dealership under review and fire the Jones West drug dealers that were left behind.
