Mary, but she demonstrated she hasn't missed a beat when I brought my Grand Cherokee in for maintenance service nearly 2 weeks ago on March 3. She's still friendly, courteous, informative, and only recommends services that are truly needed. She kept me updated on the status of the Jeep until it was ready. As usual, Maus also washed and vacuumed the driver's side, which was a nice finish. The only request I have is that, going forward, the front passenger side also be vacuumed. Other than that, another great experience!
