Patrick Subaru is amazing! my car dealer was Al Pagliatulo, he was really kind and even put a remote starter in the used Impreza sport I was looking at. David from the financing team was also amazing and really broke down all the numbers with me as this is my first financed vehicle. I added on the extended warranty and I’m so pleased with my first car purchase. Trustworthy company and I plan all my cars to be with Patrick Subaru. Keep up the amazing customer service! More

Service department here is exceptional. They are efficient, knowledgable, and understanding to customers. They have verified and fixed a couple things on my 19 Impreza and have always been more than efficient, knowledgable, and understanding to customers. They have verified and fixed a couple things on my 19 Impreza and have always been more than reasonable. I didn't buy my Subaru here, but will buy the next one here. And no, I'm not an employee or a friend, just appreciate the quality of work. More

I usually have a great experience with this service department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil department, but the last time brought my car in for service on 2/21/20 was a really poor experience. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and was recommended to change it to a more premium service which was $1,500 more than what I had planned on. On the way out, I looked at a used car, and decided to change my service back to the originally planned oil change (with synthetic oil, even though the age of my car does not require it.). Kyle was visually frustrated with my decision to change the service, even though the work had not been started on the car. I would imagine what would be better for the dealership as a whole , would outweigh any commission he would receive for the service, but he was very unhappy and rude about changing the service back. When I came to pick up my car, I noted on the invoice that traditional motor oil had been placed in the car, instead of the synthetic oil that I had requested. This is the third time that this has happened to me at this dealership. Kyle did not even speak to me about the mistake, and instead another service representative discussed that I could wait to have the oil drained, and synthetic oil placed instead. Not wanting to wait for another oil change, and waste the oil, I decided to just keep the regular oil in the car. The other service representative said they would make it up to me, but no concrete plan was discussed. Usually I have a good experience with this service department, especially with Jon and Mary, but some of the newer representatives have something to learn about customer service. More

They take care of me and provide a courtesy vehicle where appropriate. Christie is very friendly, Mary is a superstar adviser, John is willing to provide his knowledge and Dan makes sure I'm waiting as little as possible. Sean amazes me with his professionalism. Meghan gets me quickly checked-in while Christine is an awesome leader and makes everything seamless. Kyle works well, multitasking and prioritizing to ensure I get back to work. Please never change! More

The Ultimate in Dealerships I can not say enough about Patrick Motors. Not only did they make our auto buying experience stress free, and about what we wanted. No pressure sales, Joe Di , the most honest auto salesman we have felt with. This experience was after the sale of our vehicle. With the cold winter coming fast, my wife decided that she wanted a remote starter installed. We are both in the medical field, so The need of our vehicle's are very important. Todd the GSM, even after the sale made sure that we had no worries, providing my wife with a courtesy vehicle . We could not thank him enough, my wife was able to keep her work schedule , as I said The Ultimate in Dealerships. More

Easy un stressful and not like a stereotypical dealership I recently went in to buy my daughters first car. She loves subaru and we went to Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. We were helped by Michelle and she mad I recently went in to buy my daughters first car. She loves subaru and we went to Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. under warranty, car has been there for a month DO NOT GO TO PATRICK SUBARU IN SHREWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. My sons car has been there for a month to be rep DO NOT GO TO PATRICK SUBARU IN SHREWBURY UNLESS YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT NEVER CALLS YOU BACK. My sons car has been there for a month to be repaired under the warranty. (BTW he has had the car since December 2017 and the car is two years old). Instead of repairing the car they are trying to fight the warranty before they have even removed the oil pan. Mary at Patrick Subaru was initially calling my son to tell him to get the repair records for oil changes. After he submitted them....nothing. He calls at least once a day and NEVER receives a call back. She told him to call today at 12 and guess what, she didn't answer the phone. And she hasn't called him back and it is now 4:00. Now I understand people get busy at a job, but she hasn't had time IN THREE WEEKS to return his call. They are trying to void the warranty before they have even looked at the car. They are also telling him he needs the previous owners repair records. He bought the car from a dealership. I have never heard of this. I will find all social media avenues to let people know to stay far away! UPDATE: After 1 month of no returned calls we directed our complaint to Subaru Corporate Office. They actually responded to us and helped. When they finally decided they would fix the car, it took 5 days. We went a month for a car that could have been fixed in 5 days. They also went back and forth saying they would fix the car, then they wouldn't, then they would. They also told my son they would not give him a loaner or rental car BECAUSE WE LEFT A BAD REVIEW. Buyer beware. DO NOT GO TO PATRICK SUBARU. They sent be a blanket response that they had to wait for an ok from Subaru to do the work. Very matter of fact and using that as an excuse. The problem was THEY DIDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS FOR A MONTH. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
