Our experience with this dealership has been vile to say the least. When we bought our car (out of state deal), we paid $2,325.62 to the dealership for all of those registration/title fees. When the paperwo the least. When we bought our car (out of state deal), we paid $2,325.62 to the dealership for all of those registration/title fees. When the paperwork came in from you all reflecting the registration, the receipt from our state registration was conveniently missing from the packet. We called to get the information. Jordan in finance dodged the calls. The salesperson we dealt with also ignored our calls and texts. Luckily, we were able to get the receipt from our state. Well, we overpaid you all. We tried to reach out again to get the refund owed to us - we were told it would be refunded. My husband FINALLY got ahold of Jordan and they agreed that you all owed us $920.83 and he would overnight us a check. Unfortunately that check never came. Here's where the $920.83 comes from: We paid $2,325.62 to yall and $1,404.79 to Oklahoma. $2,325.62 - $1,404.79 = $920.83 Since we got no check, we course call again and the sales manager says "working on it," well he comes back and now suddenly, we owe Florida State taxes in the amount of $390.69. We have been unable to get a receipt for this so who knows if that is true. Lets assume positive intent on this and assume it;s correct. To figure out how much the dealer owes us we need to add the amount owed to OK and the amount owed to FL: The amount owed to Oklahoma = $1,404.79 The amount owed to Florida: $390.69 $1,404.79 + $390.69 = $1,795.48 That means the dealership then should owe us a total of $530.14 (what we paid minus what we actually should have owed). $2,325.62 - $1,795.48 = $530.14 However, for some reason your sales manager seems to think that $255.77 is a more correct number to account for the "third party" involved in all these transmissions. Again, no receipt to prove this. We are INCREDIBLY insulted by this blatant attempt to steal money and then conceal it. Someone higher up than these people NEEDS to get involved ASAP. More
