I was told my appointment would be a quick 30 minutes and a complimentary car wash it was almost 2 hours and my car was not washed I called and was offered a voucher for a car was about 45 minutes away not w a complimentary car wash it was almost 2 hours and my car was not washed I called and was offered a voucher for a car was about 45 minutes away not worth the gas…when I went to purchase a very expensive second key I was told my rear tires were way out of alignment and quoted 165 to fix them to prevent more tire wear I said I can’t afford it right now they gave me quote to show Acura and when I gave it to them they said it wasn’t covered in my warranty even though it was a preexisting condition…my fear is what’s next? More

Within 2 weeks of buying a car I had to spend 2k in repairs. Very misleading sales methods used to trick me into buying a used car they said was throughly inspected for major mechanical components. Very disappointed with what has happened to me I called them and they basically told me I'm SOL. Just stay away from them!!!! More

Pre sale conversation over emails with Meghan was very good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A good and pricing was very transparent and we feel we got a good price. But, our experience during the purchase at the dealership was below average. A simple smile and greeting to welcome were missing. We certainly don't look for pushy sales tactics. But we felt like unwelcome people with the poor level of service we received during the visit. When the vehicle was ready for delivery, the sales person didn't even offer to show us the basic features of the car! He was like, "ok... here are the keys... what else you want" kind of look. Similarly, no follow up call to let us know when the plates, registration card and title was ready. We got a car that has a luxury brand but the overall experience was anything but luxury. More
