Unfortunately, there is was active recall on your car and the vehicle is out of factory warranty by both time and mileage by a substantial margin. We checked in with our team and understand that Eric reached out to discuss your frustration and ultimately ended up providing you a $200 refund towards the total to assist with the costs you were concerned about including miscellaneous parts like screws.
