Great Salesperson in Marty. Knowledgeable. Very helpful in getting the right vehicle. Patient in dealing with two different types of people. Understood my wife the engineer. Knowledgeable. Spent 15 minutes telling us about all the things that could possibly go wrong on the vehicle to sell an overpriced warranty. Not comforting to someone who just bought a new car. Showed the initial payment, but after service add on, didn't show it again. Told us the docs would be in our email. They weren't. Detail of the car was average at best. There were water drip spots and the interior was dusty. Always quick with the greeting when you walk in and nice to deal with. They do not put you in a room to "hot box" you. Feels very honest and straight forward. Ford needs to do a better job building the vehicles in demand. We had a specific build in mind and had to compromise because the order banks were over a week late in opening up. More
