After my experience I will never take any car to a dealership for any work. The service member ADAM never returned any calls. He quoted me a price and it ended up being another higher price. Another s dealership for any work. The service member ADAM never returned any calls. He quoted me a price and it ended up being another higher price. Another service member had to tell me my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car and ADAM said who are you and do you need something. He was hostle to my wife. When I was telling him about our phone conversation he claimed to have our whole conversation on the computer, but could not find sections of the conversation in which he claimed to have told me about other charges. He could not prove anything.His attitude and how he treated my wife and I are unacceptable. I will no longer bring any car to Southern Chevrolet ever again!!!! More
