Worse post sales services ever. I bough my car a 2016 Lincoln Navigator on February 17 of 2024. 3 days later the car suddenly stop working I try to call never pick up the phone. I bough my car a 2016 Lincoln Navigator on February 17 of 2024. 3 days later the car suddenly stop working I try to call never pick up the phone. Also they force you to buy their Powertrain Extent guarantee by LYING and saying the bank is the one who force to purchase the extended powertrain guarantee. I got a call from the bank today and they said their isn't such thing. I took the car to a dealership here on Columbus Ohio and repair the car cost almost the same price tha they were selling it for. Last they took 2 weeks to send the owners tittle to my home address. WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! THEY LIE TO MAKE YOU BUY THEIR POWERTRAIN AND ALSO LIE ABOUT THE SHAPE OF THE CAR. ON TOP OF THAT THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES More
