Will never let them work on my 19 Toyota Sienna again. Took the vehicle in for a fuel pump recall and since the car was being worked on, I figure I get an oil change too. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Its Took the vehicle in for a fuel pump recall and since the car was being worked on, I figure I get an oil change too. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Its like they have AMATEUR MECHANICS working there. The first night I get my car back and drove home from the dealership, I had to call roadside to tow my car back to them due to the check engine light coming on and the vehicle completely shutting down. Fuel was pouring out from underneath the car as it was being loaded onto the tow truck. Explained this to the service guy and asked if the mechanic seated the fuel pump right. Service guy told me that he will write it up and get my car worked on. Car gets worked on again. Get the car later that evening. Service guy explained to me that the mechanic forgot to plug in one of the sensor or that it got loose and that there were no fuel leaking. Told me that the vehicle should be fine now. Drove the car home and left it sitting in the garage for almost a week. Wife gets in the car and drives it. Check engine light comes back on, all wheel drive shuts down. Had to return my vehicle back to the dealership. Two days later, service guy calls and tell me that my car was ready for pick up. Went to the dealership and met up with the service guy. Service guy told me that the mechanic did not seat the fuel pump properly and it came loose causing the check engine light to come on and shutting down the AWD. Not even worth your time there. You'll have more issues taking your car there then anything else. Crazy thing is they didn't even reset my maintenance and that just came on for my oil change. After all these trouble, I was given a free oil change certificate. I'm scared to take my car in for an oil change. Only thing good I can say was the service guy was nice. More

My Venza service was completed and sat in the exit service bay for 23 minutes (from when I first saw it there) before I was called to review the paperwork. I waited about 10-minutes before I approache service bay for 23 minutes (from when I first saw it there) before I was called to review the paperwork. I waited about 10-minutes before I approached the service desk and asked if that was my vehicle. I was told that it probably was but he was presently working with a customer. I waited another 13 minutes before I was called to complete the paperwork. He did apologized for the wait. My question is why was I not handed off to another service desk? More
