I had some issues with my truck i had bought 3 months ago with Berkenkotter. My truck would shudder while cruising. I called martin over at the parker location and gave him the run down. I called Dan and he was offering to help me out with whatever he could do with my truck issues. Although he asked for me to bring the truck to castle rock which costed a little too much for me to tow there. i ended up diagnosing the truck myself and repairing. Although i didnt take up the offer with Dan i couldnt forget the hospitality him and his team gave me. Best guys without a doubt. Will be back in the future! More

Was interested in a 03 4Runner I got pre approved loan for, the dealership said it wasn’t available because of the damage. After contacting the dealership last week about the car it is now at a lower pric for, the dealership said it wasn’t available because of the damage. *** THANK YOU - THANK YOU *** Sooo Grateful for Your Help!!! After an accident Mar 16 that wasn't covered by insurance, I had to buy a vehicle that was inexpensive but reliable. I purchased a 20096 Sat Help!!! After an accident Mar 16 that wasn't covered by insurance, I had to buy a vehicle that was inexpensive but reliable. I purchased a 20096 Saturn Aura at Berkenkotter-Parker 03.29.2023 which seemed like it would be a good fit for me. Unfortunately, within the next couple of days I had what I thought was a transmission problem... I called and spoke to my salesman Martin L. and he said I'd have to speak with the owner Dan - To my pleasant surprise, I told Dan what happened, and he said to bring it in to the main store in Castle Rock so his mechanics could take a few days to look it over, and in the meantime, let me use another vehicle. 1-day later, Chris from the shop called to let me know that the gears sliding mechanism was slipping but that the transmission itself was fine (whew). They also did an oil change and took care of a couple more less serious issues with the vehicle. When I got the car back and it seems to be fine now. Dan, I am so grateful to you for not even hesitating to help me with a car I purchased "As Is" and taking care of it so I can have a safe vehicle to drive. So I purchased a 2012 ram 2500 from the parker location and everything was going good up until October 2nd when I found out the frame is cracked! The the past 11 days I have been in contact with the owner and everything was going good up until October 2nd when I found out the frame is cracked! The the past 11 days I have been in contact with the owner of the dealership trying to get them to fix a major issue. They are simply willing to trade it in for a different vehicle However not pay off the total amount and want to pay $5000 in negative equity on the truck. This dealership does have great salesman (I worked with Martin Luna) who do a great job and are very respectful however the owner simply is not willing to take care of his customers. I highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

Honest, Incredible Customer Care before, during and after. Looked everywhere for different used cars, specially looked for a beater car but the best deal I found was for a car with 200k miles and it after. Dealer failed to mention it but carfax pulls up alot. Anyway, had been wanting a bike for a while found a nice suzuki vstrom 650. Great price under $1800.00 cash purchase with dealer fees and all. Bike has 30k miles, had it in a shop. Engine is amazing, Overall really blessed and glad with my purchase. Thank you to the berkenkotter family, from the Smiths. More

The truck needed several thousand dollars worth or work which was not disclosed to me. It was even missing a seat belt. I live In another state. I talked to the dealer to make sure the truck was in good co which was not disclosed to me. It was even missing a seat belt. I live In another state. I talked to the dealer to make sure the truck was in good condition. It is a hard vehicle to find so I was willing to drive 11 hours to go get it. The dealer did tell me the truck had rust on the left quarter panel, however Here is the list of broken things not disclosed to me. Missing 3 head rests Missing a seat belt Needs a front right bearing 5 running board brackets rusted through, running boards falling off. Rust on the frame Steering pump starting to go out Bolt in the back left tire Missing door on a center counsel Seat release levers broken off Second row seat wouldn't fold Seats warn out doctored to look okay Rear shocks for back windows warn out Broken parking brake Needs an air filter Giant scratch i still wanted the truck but with the repairs I had to offer what it was worth. They weren’t willing to negotiate below $22,000. The truck is worth about $12,000-$14,000 in this condition. $25,000 in good condition. The dealer said $22,000 was as low as they could go. I left. I wasted two vacation days from work. And $500 in driving expenses. On the positive the dealer was friendly and gave me my down payment back. The dealer was polite the whole time. Just wish he was honest with me. More
