As I was leaving the dealership driving home after just getting an oil change my check engine light came on and I took it to the part store the staff checed and said that it was a quart low so I called th getting an oil change my check engine light came on and I took it to the part store the staff checed and said that it was a quart low so I called they told me to come in for another appointment but my husband say that it wasn't too safe to drive with that much oil missing so we called the dealership to get the type of oil to put in and we had to purchase a whole another quart of oil. Could have been a huge disaster More

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM FILLING OUT THE SAME SURVEY! ! I am only doing it to sing Drew Huff’s praises because he deserves it. I called the service department 2x and left a message, never received a call ! I am only doing it to sing Drew Huff’s praises because he deserves it. I called the service department 2x and left a message, never received a call back. The 3rd time I called Drew answered, made the appointment and followed through when I arrived. He was professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. He also told me that my steering wheel needed adjusting and a loner car would be mine until my car was ready. He asked me to upload my license and insurance card. I reluctantly told him I didn’t know how to do that he immediately told me no problem and he took care of it and did without making me feel stupid!
