Took car in for first oil change July 09,2024 at 11:00 appointed time. I leave dealership at 1:25 PM with no detail service record of what was done on car. I emailed service manager for a copy that I received. Faye called me about my experience and said someone will get back with me with my concern. Well, that never happened and chances of that happening, is like me winning the mega million lottery. My initial experience was not a good one. Salesman placed the wrong order for car we wanted. Manager then corrected the order and had to wait for another two months for car. Waited 05 months to have car register in my name. Went through two temp tags during the process. Mistakes after mistakes. No one took responsibility for bad service. The only reason I went to this dealership because there is none other in Delaware. I will do my best to avoid this place. More
