This is not my third purchase from Ciocca Subaru. I was in a car accident after 5 months of owning my crosstrek. Mo, in finance, actually called me in the hospital (after I sent some wonderful pictur I was in a car accident after 5 months of owning my crosstrek. Mo, in finance, actually called me in the hospital (after I sent some wonderful pictures of the accident) to make sure I was okay AND to guide me through the next steps. Marshall was wonderful with navigating the process of my new crosstrek. The process went smoothly. I can't even say enough about this dealership. I will never buy a car from another dealership again. I walked into the door of the dealership with doubt on my brain and down on luck. Even though my hardship and stress drained me the staff was nothing but helpful and welcoming from the manager to finance and brain and down on luck. After a few months of procrastinating, I finally made an appointment to get my new Forester. I had previously purchased an Outback from Becker Subaru. We sat down and went over exactly what I wanted and did not want in my vehicle. I little while later he came back with the exact vehicle for me. We went for a test drive and I fell in love. I could not believe the smooth ride and all the bells and whistles I did not expect. While we sat in the dealership everyone who walked by said hello and welcome. Marshall took me on a tour of the dealership. I like the fact that I can come in and get my oil changed with no appointment. Every Manager I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and nice. More
