Purchased a Certified 2021 Hyundai Sonata recently. I phoned a few days after purchase to schedule pick up because I did not hear from the sales person. Pick up scheduled for 2 days following - I confirmed that morning - informed the car was ready. Arrived and had to wait 4 hours as this was not the case. Sales person out so interacted with sales manager, Devon. Noticed some areas with scratches which were not apparent at the time of purchase. Devon said the paint shop could touch up the areas. This would have to be done on another day since the paint person was not available. He was to contact me the following day to arrange a date. Empty, empty words ..... no follow through ..... never received a call. I waited a few days and phoned .... left him a voicemail to contact me with no response received. Unfortunately, a simple request to satisfy a customer ended with these negative comments. Not a great place to do business with if you have an issue. More

And thats why car dealers have bad reputations. You cant trust them to honor their word. Wassim Kafal says we hadnt put a deposit. No one asked for a deposit. Good job Boch Hyundai. Car was for sale for 2 years, we accept their offer and its sold the next day to someone else. More
