Everything was fine until the heater in the waiting room was turned off so EARLY in the morning. PLEASE stop with the absence of heat, the area is TOO BIG to freeze in. I even asked the young man working was turned off so EARLY in the morning. PLEASE stop with the absence of heat, the area is TOO BIG to freeze in. I even asked the young man working with me to check into have it turned on, he said “he would take care of it” but then I texted back to say there had been no change, and all he could do was apologize saying “it was the computer system.” We didn’t fall for that lie. People were saying they may have to start taking their cars somewhere else for service during the winter months because that ALONE. 🤦♀️ More

The people at Curry Honda made my experience here very smooth. I felt very reassured with their level of customer relations. I generally am iffy when it comes to dealerships but I was proven wrong by the smooth. I felt very reassured with their level of customer relations. I generally am iffy when it comes to dealerships but I was proven wrong by the quality service the staff have here with their clients. I think it is so important to establish a personal connection with the customer as someone who worked in retail years ago and I think the people here at Curry did a nice job of following that example. Marshall and Jennie went out of their way to check in on me and keep me up to speed with everything in real time so it made my experience here less overwhelming and I appreciated that. The only thing I would say I was not pleased about was that I was not informed the day I test drove a few Honda suv options was that the one I purchased was missing a set of keys and had only learned about it until I was picking up the car from the shop. Everything else about my experience if this didn’t happen I would’ve given 5 stars because of their exceptional customer service and quality service. I am a little concerned where the missing key I never got is, but I hope I can get the other key very soon as I would hate to run the risk of it being stolen somewhere. Other than that I would strongly recommend Curry Honda and I think Marshall and Jennie really did a great job making me feel appreciated as a customer and I recommend using them for your next car purchase or lease. They really went above and beyond to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible throughout the entire visit and process from start to finish. More

I just bought a used 2006 accura tl from this dealership thinking i could buy a good used car. I asked the salesman if there was anything wrong with the car. He said we don't sale bad cars because they go o thinking i could buy a good used car. I asked the salesman if there was anything wrong with the car. He said we don't sale bad cars because they go over each car to make sure they are good. I drove the car home and parked it on level ground, the next day there was transmission and oil on the ground. Not even a week after buying this car.I called the salesman who sold me the car said he would let the service manager know because they thrive on having a good reputation for sales of good used cars. I talked to the service manager who completely played me off saying you get what you bought. Very disrespectful. I asked was there anything wrong with the car I was told there was nothing wrong with it because they check the car out. Now I have a car with transmission problem. Dealer knowingly knew what was wrong with the car and fail to disclose the problem with the car. Customer beware of this dealership !!!!! Unhappy customer !!!! More

This dealership has a great selection of cars. I finally found this last gen accord v6 coupe there which are very rare to find nowadays. All the staffs there are very friendly and helpful.
