I understand being in business to turn a profit, but deception shouldn’t be baked into the business plan. Because of that, I would never recommend Leif Johnson Ford to my family or friends. As far as the people I dealt with, I had no problems with anyone. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The only ones I had direct contact with were Drew Farmer, Jeff Cruz, and Wesley Staton. Those guys were just fine. I’ve been buying vehicles for 50 years now and the business hasn’t changed one bit! I don’t guess it ever will either. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an open, honest and transparent process so folks wouldn’t dread the experience? More
