I purchased a new RAV 4 and he did everything to make me satisfy, e.g., competitive price, offering ride to my place when Chambers Toyota in Auburn. I recently purchased a Prius from Marque Hoenig at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. The entire purchase process was very professional and stratight forward. Marque worked closely with me to ensure that my insurance company and credit union received the neccessary paperwork so that I was able to close on the car loan 4 hours after I applied for the loan. The week that I was going to pick up my car Marque was on vacation and asked Tim Dalton assist me. Even though I was not Tim's customer, he went to the DMV to obtain the registration and plates for the Prius, made sure that the plates along with the registration from my trade-in were correctly processed by the DMV and was there to orientate me to the Prius.
