I am not happy that I had to get a whole new mirror on the passenger side when the only part that was broke was the cover. The turn signal light worked fine, the mirror defrosted and the signal that a car the passenger side when the only part that was broke was the cover. I haven't trusted your service dept. since I got a flat tire shortly after purchasing the car and I was told the tire couldn't be patched and I had to buy a new tire. My neighbor who's job was repairing tires on semi-trucks patched the tire and told me the dealership could have patched it safely too. More

I came in for my scheduled appointment for my car’s oil change. Upon check in, I was told that it would take about an hour for the service to completed. Two hours later, my car was still not done and I had change. Upon check in, I was told that it would take about an hour for the service to completed. Two hours later, my car was still not done and I had not received an update regarding why there was a delay or what was going on with my car. It took a sales associate to figure out why it was taking so long. The excuse that I was given by Marion was that he was alone and too busy to come out and talk to me about my car. When I asked why he didn’t ask for help he said he was too busy to ask someone for help. More

The service writers at this dealership are indifferent. It’s like they all call “not it” when a customer walks in. Whoever draws the short straw has to finally look up at greeting you. I was offered and accepted a multipoint inspection and a car wash when I dropped my car off for service. Neither was completed yet all of the check boxes on my record were green. Every single one. I knew my rear wiper needed to be replaced and the tire pressure was low. Neither were addressed. I had remote start installed on my car. Was handed my keys by the porter with no explanation how to use it. I had to go back in and ask. Ive had similar experiences at this dealership before. The last time i had my oil changed I was told they didn’t do the safety inspection because they didn’t have time. I love my Subaru but almost didnt buy it because this is the only dealership nearby. Would go elsewhere if i could. More
