The service department here is a nightmare. They literally tell you 2 hours every time you come. I truly believe they just have you wait to “break you.” They don’t want you coming back for the first literally tell you 2 hours every time you come. Exceptional Service Every VIsit-customer since 2013 My experience with every visit is always good. The staff are professional, friendly and caring. In our last visit, Kelly Cooper went above and beyond My experience with every visit is always good. The staff are professional, friendly and caring. In our last visit, Kelly Cooper went above and beyond to ensure we understood the options available to fix and maintain our car. Although there was a bit of wait due to the high volume of cars (Saturday morning at 8:00am), she kept us informed every step of the way. The facility is well maintained and organized. Even if you have to wait, the waiting area is extremely comfortable (TV, Computers, clean restrooms and refreshments available). I also appreciate that there is free wi-fi. ;) More
