Above and Beyond Excellent Service I came to Tom Gill Chevrolet to check out 2 cars that had been on the website. As I began looking, Elisha Marcus was outside putting a tag on a car. I came to Tom Gill Chevrolet to check out 2 cars that had been on the website. As I began looking, Elisha Marcus was outside putting a tag on a car. My cousin approached her to ask where the cars would be. She pointed us in the direction they would be and we walked out that way to search. We found one and returned to ask her about the other. She then went on the search to find the car. I test drove the car, fell in love and made the decision to buy it immediately. Elisha was great!!! I noticed that the car needed an alignment and asked for that to be fixed before I picked it up and since it had not even been through the service department for a check, she put it through the works. I know that I was kind of a pain calling her early (before she even had to be at work) to check on my car and she never complained!!!! She was there each step of the way as excited as I was!!! No doubt Tom Gill is the way to go for a car! More

April Ruppee and Marlon Poole went above and beyond what I expected. They were both extremely knowledgeable on all the details from beginning to end of the purchase. When I thought the interest rate was going to be to high, they fought for a lower interest rate. I received a much lower interest rate. I have been in my car over a week and I love my new car. Friendly folks to work with I was dialed in on a specific used car that they happened to have in the lot. They explained all the advantages of buying used or new vehicles, and t I was dialed in on a specific used car that they happened to have in the lot. They explained all the advantages of buying used or new vehicles, and the perks available. Impressive list of things to consider, and I have not heard that much offered anywhere else. Marlon Poole cut to the chase and made me an offer that kept me thinking about it. I ended up taking the car home to sleep on it while making my decision. Unfortunetly, I wasn't able to go through with buying the car, and when I returned it the next day, they did not hassle me with a bunch of questions about why I didn't want to buy it, but instead, offered to find me something else and showed a couple of other possibilities. Everyone was friendly there, but the amount of time there was more than I had hoped, being as I had to get back to work that day to get my hours in. More
