After asking me just a few questions, he immediately understood what would suit me best. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and at no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or like he was simply trying to make a sale. I’ll admit, I usually have my guard up when dealing with car salespeople because of all the stories you see and hear, but this experience was completely different. It honestly felt like I was exploring car options with a family member who genuinely wanted to make sure I made the right decision for me. Marlon’s personality, professionalism, and genuineness really stood out. His knowledge of the vehicles was just as impressive, it flowed seamlessly. I recently purchased a preowned Audi Q8 sight unseen from Audi Marietta and Marlon Character. There are limited options for Audis where I live, so I have purchased countless vehicles out of market. Site unseen transaction can be risky and difficult for both sides. Marlon gave me a good sense of the condition of the vehicle, and he was clear about reconditioning that the dealership was investing in the Q8 too. Additionally we compared lists of comparable vehicles and agreed to a fair price for all parties. He then went above and beyond after the sale.
