Had to wait 3 weeks for a service appointment. Touchless carwash tore my antenna cap off, and the mirror quit folding on my Genesis. I have an extended powertrain warranty. This dealership, as I w Touchless carwash tore my antenna cap off, and the mirror quit folding on my Genesis. I have an extended powertrain warranty. This dealership, as I was previously warned, is a rude rip-off. They wanted $500 for a $13 part, and $140 an hour for labor, just to even look at my mirror. They were sooo rude to my non-confrontational husband (people shouldn't be spoken to that way), they said our car has no warranty, I have the warranty paper right here. If you want to be ripped off and lied to after waiting 3 weeks for appointment, choose this dealership. Please check my other reviews, more specifically my other Huyundia dealership review, I'm not a miserable person, but don't mistreat my family, my time, my finances or my possessions. Run from these rude theives. Huyundia Corporate should secret shop this dealership, then probably end up revoking their dealership privileges back into the auto-mall they crawled out from. I called warn I was reviewing they didn't care. Please check Google Reviews for proof of my warranty. They should have called to apologize and made this right, they do not care. More

The FitzWay is the Only Way! I went to the dealership to have my car serviced and while waiting, I decided to look into trading my 2015 Sonata into a new vehicle. I had already g I went to the dealership to have my car serviced and while waiting, I decided to look into trading my 2015 Sonata into a new vehicle. I had already gone to a few other Hyundai dealerships within the last month but it wasn't until I met the Fitz Team that I decided to make it official. I worked directly with Vadim "V" Naumov and I felt so comfortable with him immediately. He really took the time to listen to my concerns/questions and explained a few different options and packages that might work best for me. Out of all the Hyundai dealerships I visited, they had the best packages, best deals and gave me the most money for my trade in - Hands Down! Even the Service Dept had me in and out of there within 1 hour. The whole team really went that extra mile to make this deal happen. I highly recommend the Fitzgerald Hyundai dealership. Extraordinary Experience I am 66 and bought a few cars in my life, but nothing can equal the tremendously satisfying experience at Fitzgerald Hyundai in Clearwater Florida. E I am 66 and bought a few cars in my life, but nothing can equal the tremendously satisfying experience at Fitzgerald Hyundai in Clearwater Florida. EVERYTHING was exemplary- I have never had a better purchasing experience in my life! Starting with my sales person, Mike Hwndry, who was extremely professional yet personable thorough. Paul Valardi was the same, great guy as Mike, filling in when Mike was tied up initially with another customer. The sales manager, Marlin, was kind, thoughtful and helpful and has a overseen a very smooth running organization. The finance person was Debbie who was the most pleasant and efficient numbers person I have ever dealt with. And Chris the porter was terrific and personable and, as with them all, magnificently efficient. I could go on and on, but in summary I must say I was overwhelmed with how comfortable and is experience was for me. I had bought my first Santa Fe Sport at another dealership just over two years ago, but they were absolutely no comparison to Fitzgerald's. Truly spectacular, could not be happier with my purchase. I walked in looking for a sales consultant and was greated by a sales manager mr m. Hicks. He asked if he could help me with anything I said yes I would like to take a test drive in an accent. He said to me that we closed at five and that would not be possible, but that I can gladly leave my name and number and some one will call and schedule an appointment. I responded with well why would i wait for you instead of going to Hyundai of new port richey. Hey said well nothing we'll nothing. The time is about 5:05 maybe 5:07 at the same time I noticed the same sales consultant who walked by my wife and I several times when we visited the lot two nights earlier. So I brought that to mr hicks attention so he said we'll walk out side with me while I do an appraisal and let's talk about what happened a couple of nights before. So I proceeded to express my disern with tithe sales consultant and the fact that I was being denied a test drive to see if my wife likes the drive as we'll as the looks and if she likes the drive we would have completed a purchase. But mr hicks found it very amusing to patronize me. So I called him a boarder line xxx then with a smile he patronize more so I told me wife let's go. My wife has a co worker who just purchased a vehicle from another Hyundai store two weeks ago because of poor treatment from this store. I took a chance thinking it was an isolated case I stand corrected. I dont understand a sales manager who would tell a potential client that we are closed less than five minutes ago so come back. Now remember I said that he needed to appraise a vehicle so it wasn't like they had completed all business for the evening and was locking the doors to go home. More
