She is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and has a jolly personality for selling BMWs. She makes the buying experience effortless. I've been a loyal BMW customer for well over 25 years with purchases from dealerships in both NY and NJ; my experience with BMW of Freeport (1st time customer) exceeded my high expectations. I was look with purchases from dealerships in both NY and NJ; my experience with BMW of Freeport (1st time customer) exceeded my high expectations. I was looking to replace my 750il with a newer model 2019 - 2021 and the dealership or in this case Ms Marleny Rodriguez was quick to respond with current inventory that fir within my parameters, thereafter she was consistent in answering any and all questions i had pertaining to things such as specs, warranty and carfax information. The process was further made seamless due to Marleny's efficiency in obtaining necessary documents from me to insure that the car was properly prepped and ready to go once I arrived for pickup (she even took the time to give me a 20 minute tutorial on the newer features and a review of those which I was aware of (now that's customer service) A final mention should go to the Finance Manager Mr Chester Malloy who was diligent with the necessary paperwork, explaining each signature line prior to my execution. I would HIGHLY recommend this particular dealer. More

Not only did the lineup bring me into BMW of Freeport but the professionalism of Senior Client Advisor Marleny Rodriguez and Sales Manager Chris Carima made me want to remain with BMW permanently. Marleny and Chris are what all car dealerships should model their team after. I have never met anyone so genuine with their personable approach to the point of remembering non-car related conversations from throughout the years. It is refreshing to not feel as if you are “just another sale” they treat you as a friend because I can easily say you are one. Beyond being personable, the knowledge that Marleny has for every model was seamless and impressive. Which is extremely rare in any profession. Her approach makes the decision process even easier.
