He is low pressure and came across as only caring about finding the right car for us. There was no pressure and he was able to hold a pleasant conversation while waiting for documents to be approved and completed. He followed up with calls to see if I was comfortable with working all the gadgets on the dashboard and "Me Mercedes" so I would be able to take advantage of all the services available. I would recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to buy a Mercedes especially a person of color. I have owned a Mercedes sine 1992 and have had an excellent experience at Crown. More
