I bought my car there and paid 2750 for the extended warranty on the drivetrain take it into the service department for a oil leak or burning oil issue and they claim it isn't covered on the warranty an warranty on the drivetrain take it into the service department for a oil leak or burning oil issue and they claim it isn't covered on the warranty and will cost me 4700-12000 dollars out of pocket. I bought the car in May of 2025. It's been with them for a week now I have no car not a rental or anything from them. They also promised to fix small issues when I bought the car and neglected to do those things as well. They were supposed to contact me within 3 days and never did when I mentioned it they acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Horrible place to purchase a vehicle!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! More

This dealership is crooked! They literally took payment for services and labor that they didn’t do! Would not recommend them at all! Now Volkswagen financial guy Josh has called me at my new job saying I want to cancel my extended warranty. I said no such thing. I want it free of charge like my wife and I were told.
