I had an oil change scheduled for 2:30pm I showed up 10 minutes early. At 3:40pm i believe it was the service manager, came to me and told me I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I felt as if he was becoming argumentative, I then told him I’m not spending a hour and twenty minutes to to have you try and sell me an air filer and cabin filter for $150. The air filter indicator shows 82%. More
