I had an oil change scheduled for 2:30pm I showed up 10 minutes early. At 3:40pm i believe it was the service manager, came to me and told me I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I informed him that th minutes early. At 3:40pm i believe it was the service manager, came to me and told me I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I informed him that they were changed when I purchased the truck. Then he was like well I can have the technician take it out and show you. I felt as if he was becoming argumentative, I then told him I’m not spending a hour and twenty minutes to to have you try and sell me an air filer and cabin filter for $150. The air filter indicator shows 82%. More

Buying a car can be a difficult experience but I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I got at DeHaven. Mark Williams was easy to work with and you can tell he has years of experience. I’m so glad I found my dream car there and got a great price for my trade in. I filled out the form to sell them my car and I got the exact price I was quoted. It made the purchase decision so much easier. I was able to apply for a loan from my credit union and even got a reduced rate through DeHaven. The financial team was on it by securing the loan. There was no need to drive to another location to complete the deal. Thanks for taking great care of me! More
